The weekly plans are designed to give you a balanced workout schedule for the week and to also help take the guessing work out of deciding which workout to do. The plans do not build from one week to the next so you can start anytime!
The plans are only a guide. Take a rest day whenever you need to and change up any of the classes to best suit you and how you are feeling that day.
