We’ve created an easy peasy recipe for lemon popsicles using just three ingredients: water, fresh lemons, and honey.
Want to boost the flavor profile of your lemonade popsicles?
Add ¼ cup fresh herbs or seasonings wrapped tightly in cheesecloth to the water and honey mixture. Boil for five minutes. Allow to steep for one to two hours; strain.
Play with the flavor combinations and explore a little — try ginger, rosemary, thyme, or basil.

Heat ½ cup water and honey in small sauce pan over medium-high heat; cook, stirring frequently, for 5 minutes or until well blended. Cool to room temperature.

Combine honey mixture and lemon juice in a bowl or pitcher. Gradually add remaining water to desired taste.

Pour evenly into four ice pop molds; freeze for at least four hours, or until set.
